Rumors say that Sony LT22, codenamed Nyphon will come with dual-core chipset 1GHz U8500 built by Ericsson and ST-resolution 4-inch QHD screen. Then there's also a camera 8megapiksel backlit Exmor R sensor, along with 1GB of RAM memory and 16GB of storage capacity.
Sony Nyphon will run Android Gingerbread at launch, but will be upgraded to Ice Cream Sandwich Android 4.0 finally.
